Director & Head Coach
Russell created Rmc Sports Coaching in 2008 following almost four years as a sports coach, including time coaching football America during which time he developed the vision for Rmc Sports.
Russell coaches a vast number of sports. Football is his main passion and he has been coaching at North Somerset Football Development since June 2014.
As well as running Rmc Sports, Russell also coaches for Somerset Cricket Club and Yatton & Cleeve United F.C.
Meet the team
Joe started coaching 4 years ago for various sports coaching companies teaching sports in pe lessons and specialist sports at after school clubs. Also Joe coached football at North Somerset where he worked with gifted footballers.
2 years ago he started to work for RMC sports where he was given more responsibility and was taking the lead in Pe lessons and taking control of the after school club. Joe coaches a vast number of sports but my passion is rugby, where he volunteers and plays at the local rugby club in Clevedon.
Kieran is a Fa level 2 coach who went to Gordano school then left to go to play for Newport county for 4 years. He played a number of games in football league whilst having a spell at Gloucester City now currently at Chippenham town. Kieran started with Rmc Sports in March 2019 where he will be in a range of our schools and clubs, Kieran also coaches at North Somerset Regional Talent Centre coaching talented young players from the local area.
Will Sneddon Coombes
Will has been coaching sport and football since he left school in 2013, during this time he has worked for Weston football club and Seagulls in the community before joining Rmc sports September 2017,
Will spent last summer working in Qatar coaching football before coming back to England to work for Rmc,
Will’s main passion is football and currently coaches at North Somerset development centre as well as playing for weston-super-mare AFC in previous years
Brandon has recently completed a Level 3 Sports BTEC in Coaching and Fitness at Weston College. Whilst in education Brandon qualified as an F.A Level 1 football coach and became involved with RMC sports during work experience and holiday camps learning to coach a variety of sports. After education, this progressed into joining the RMC team into the new year. Brandon’s passion is football; he’s participated for a number of years for a variety of clubs and academies including Bristol Rovers and is currently enjoying his football at Yatton & Cleeve United F.C.
